Climbing Coaching Program – Intermediate Level

Take your climbing to the next level with CLYMB Abu Dhabi’s 20-session Intermediate Coaching Program. Designed for climbers ready to progress beyond fundamentals, this program focuses on route reading, advanced movement techniques, endurance training, and mental performance. Participants will develop skills in dynamic and static movement, lead climbing fundamentals, efficient resting strategies, and problem-solving on complex routes. With structured coaching and targeted drills, climbers will build strength, confidence, and technical ability to tackle more challenging climbs and prepare for advanced training.

 Pre-requisites:

 Minimum age 7+ years

• Completion of Beginner Level or equivalent experience
• Ability to confidently climb 5a–5b routes
• Basic understanding of climbing safety and equipment
